Mar. 9th, 2011 09:38 pmIt is not that difficult to translate Qaddafi’s language into plain English. He is not like Milosevic, his defense will not be in the court room, but on the battle field. Removal of Qaddafi is certainly possible, but consequences of calling him murderous and further removal are going to be much more serious.
When Qaddafi says he is not afraid to die, he means it. We may dislike this message, but this is the way it is. When it will turn out that occupation of Libya needs tens of thousands of troops and will not stop the guerrilla war anyway, this will not be a surprise.
